For an empty home in average condition. Each follows a written checklist and includes our products and equipment. Your quote is written down before you book.
Apartments, duplexes and small quarters, up to about 1,100 sq ft.
The common family home, about 1,100 to 1,600 sq ft.
Larger homes, about 1,600 to 2,400 sq ft.
Not included: the oven, refrigerator, blinds, windows and garage, which are separate lines. Heavy buildup, pet hair and belongings left behind change the number.

Crews start from the office on Rancier Avenue. On-post and off-post homes are both on the schedule.
We don't drive to Austin, Waco or to other posts. For those, ask your housing office or your movers for a local crew.
Questions
By the size of the home, the condition it's in and the extras you pick. We text a written quote within one business day, and it's the invoice unless the home differs from what you told us. The prices page shows what each size includes.
After the movers finish and before your inspection. A crew of three or four takes about four to seven hours, depending on the size of the home and how much buildup there is.
Rules differ by installation and change. Usually either you escort the crew through the gate, or your housing office arranges a pass. Ask your housing office which applies to your home and tell us when you book.
Send us the list within 48 hours. If the item is on our checklist for your home, we come back by the end of the next business day and redo it at no charge. The guarantee page has every term.
Yes. Move or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge. Inside 24 hours, a fee of up to half the quote may apply, because we've held the crew. If pack-out slips, tell us as soon as you know.
