Move-in clean
Open the door to a clean home on arrival day
For families arriving at the post. We clean the empty home before your household goods come, so cabinets, drawers and the oven are done while they're easy to reach.
Cabinets and drawers, inside, while they are empty
Oven and refrigerator inside
Bathrooms, tile and fixtures
Floors and baseboards before the furniture

Why before the truck
Three things are easier when the home is empty
Inside the cabinets
Wipe-down shelves and drawers before the dishes go in.
Oven and refrigerator
The last family's cooking is gone before you cook.
Floors before furniture
Every corner and edge gets done once, with nothing in the way.
How it works
Booked from the day your keys are ready
- 01
Step 1: Send the address and arrival day
Tell us who holds the keys: the housing office, the landlord or you.
- 02
Step 2: We quote it in writing
A written quote by text within one business day, by home size, with extras on their own lines.
- 03
Step 3: We clean before the truck
A crew of three or four, about four to seven hours. We text when we lock up.
Questions
Questions about a move-in clean
How is the price decided?
By the size of the home, the condition it's in and the extras you pick. We text a written quote within one business day, and it's the invoice unless the home differs from what you told us. The prices page shows what each size includes.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can meet the crew lead for the handover, leave a key with a neighbor or the housing office, or use a lockbox. Tell us which when you book. For on-post homes we also need to plan the gate; see the PCS timeline.
What do you bring, and which products?
Our own supplies, vacuum and mops. If someone in the home is sensitive to scents, ask for fragrance-free products and we bring them.
