This explains what Bledsoe Family Cleaning collects when you use this site, ask for a quote or send us a message, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email and the address of the home.
• Your inspection date, the size of the home and the notes you write.
• Access details you choose to give us, such as who holds the key or how the gate is handled.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To send you a written quote and a cleaning date, and to schedule and clean the home.
• To text you about this clean: the crew's arrival, the day it's done, and any redo.
• To answer questions, handle a guarantee request or a breakage report, and keep our records.

Gate and door codes

A gate or door code is shared only with the crew on your job and is removed from our schedule when the clean is done. We don't ask for military ID numbers or Social Security numbers. If a housing office needs crew details for a pass, we give them to the office directly.

Text messages

We text only about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Who sees it

Your crew lead and our office. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. Service providers that host this site or our scheduling see only what they need to run them.
