How it works
From the list to a second inspection

Step 1: Text us the list
A photo is fine. Add the address, the key plan and the time you must be done.

Step 2: We quote by the item
Jayla texts a written price for each item on the list, usually within two hours on a business day.

Step 3: We come back
A small crew with the right supplies. Blinds, oven racks and window tracks are the usual items.

Step 4: You ask for the second look
When the lead texts that the list is done, you call your housing office to re-inspect.

What if the inspector lists a cleaning item?
Send us the list within 48 hours. If the item is on our checklist for your home, we come back by the end of the next business day and redo it at no charge. The guarantee page has every term.
Do you promise the home will pass?
No. The housing office decides. We promise to clean to a written checklist and to redo what is on that checklist if it's listed.
When do you clean, and how long does it take?
After the movers finish and before your inspection. A crew of three or four takes about four to seven hours, depending on the size of the home and how much buildup there is.
