Cleaning

Three cleans, one for each part of a PCS

Every clean follows a written checklist and a written quote. Delete nothing from your list: tell us what your housing office asks for.

  • Empty living room with hardwood floor, ceiling fan and French doors

    Move-out clean

An empty home, cleaned room by room between pack-out and your inspection.

    • Kitchen, baths and floors

    • Closets, doors and baseboards

    • Extras quoted one by one

    Move-out clean
  • Hand wiping a stainless steel refrigerator with a grey cloth

    Re-clean

A second visit that works only from the inspector's list.

    • Text us a photo of the list

    • Quoted by the item

    • Free if the first clean was ours

    Re-clean
  • Kitchen with a wood ceiling, island and stainless appliances

    Move-in clean

For families arriving at the post: the empty home cleaned before the truck.

    • Cabinets and drawers while empty

    • Oven and refrigerator inside

    • Floors before the furniture

    Move-in clean

What we do not do

Some jobs belong to a specialist

We would rather say so now than quote a job we can't do well.

  • Hoarding, mold and biohazard

We don't clean these. Your housing office can point you to a restoration company.

  • Hauling and repairs

We bag small amounts of leftover trash. We don't haul furniture or make repairs, paint or touch up walls.

  • Carpet shampoo and pests

We vacuum carpet thoroughly. Shampooing and pest treatment are other trades; we can say when your checklist needs them.

Ask first

Not sure which one you need?

Text us what your housing office handed you, in whatever shape it's in, and we'll tell you.
