The guarantee

If the inspector lists a cleaning item, we come back

This is the whole guarantee. It applies to clean days we did, for the items on our written checklist for your home.

  • What we promise

    • We redo any item on our checklist that the inspector lists as a cleaning item

    • We return by the end of the next business day, or sooner if you name a day

    • The redo costs you nothing

    • If we can't get back in, we refund that room's share of the written quote

  • What we don't promise

    • That the housing office will pass the home: the inspector decides

    • Damage, wear and tear, paint, or stains that will not come out

    • Anything reported more than 48 hours after the clean

    • Items the quote marks as not cleanable

    • Charges a housing office sets for things that aren't cleaning

How to use it

Three steps, inside 48 hours

  1. 01

Step 1: Text us the inspector's list

A photo is fine. Send it within 48 hours of the clean, and before you hand over keys if you still can.

  2. 02

Step 2: We confirm the items

Jayla checks them against your written checklist and texts you the day we'll be back.

  3. 03

    Step 3: We redo them

A crew returns by the end of the next business day. If we can't get in, you get the room's share back.

Questions

Questions about the guarantee

What if the inspector lists a cleaning item?

Send us the list within 48 hours. If the item is on our checklist for your home, we come back by the end of the next business day and redo it at no charge. The guarantee page has every term.

Do you promise the home will pass?

No. The housing office decides. We promise to clean to a written checklist and to redo what is on that checklist if it's listed.

Can I move or cancel the clean?

Yes. Move or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge. Inside 24 hours, a fee of up to half the quote may apply, because we've held the crew. If pack-out slips, tell us as soon as you know.
